Lucine is an Embodiment Facilitator, a Somatic Internal Family Systems Therapist and Psychedelic Integration Specialist.

Originally trained as a mediator, with a MA& MPhil in conflict resolution, Lucine spent a decade in South America working in mediation, facilitating conflict resolution trainings, offering trauma informed yoga, and studying indigenous Amazonian shamanic traditions.

She has 2 decades of experience facilitating embodiment practices for working with trauma. In 2015 she certified as a 5Rhythms teacher & teaches weekly classes as well as international workshops. She trained in Internal Family Systems therapy (Level 1 & 2), as well as Step 1 & 2 Somatic IFS. She also is trained in Intimacy from the Inside Out (IFIO) for couples who want to work with their parts in relationship, and is completing a 2 year Graduate Diploma in Trauma Informed Process-Oriented Psychology in December 2025.

Working with Lucine, you’ll experience this diverse mix of life experience and training. Her is somatically guided &  trauma informed, embedded in a deep respect for traditional plant medicines and embodied healing practices, and firmly grounded in the IFS therapeutic model. Lucine currently works as an assistant on several Level 1 IFS trainings, as well as a consultant on clinical psychedelic therapy trials in the USA & Australia.  Her passion is brining together the best of what each of these worlds have to offer one another, and bridging the divide between the clinical psychedelic therapy and the wisdom of traditional shamanic embodied practices.

Alongside of this she is a mother to 2 beautiful children (above) who keep her honest and humble, joyful and growing.
