About

Lucine is an Embodiment Facilitator, Internal Family Systems Practitioner and Psychedelic Integration Specialist. She is delivering IFS Melbourne.

Originally trained as a mediator and with a Master’s degree in conflict resolution, Lucine spent a decade in South America working in mediation, facilitating of conflict resolution trainings, offering trauma informed yoga, and studying indigenous Amazonian shamanic traditions.

With decades of trauma informed embodiment practice and facilitation, she became a 5Rhythms teacher in 2016, and teaches weekly classes as well as international workshops. She trained in Internal Family Systems therapy (Level 1) and is currently training in Level 2 (IFIO) and Somatic IFS.

Her 1:1 work is informed by this diverse mix life experiences; it is somatically guided &  trauma informed, embedded in a deep respect for traditional plant medicines and embodied healing practices, and firmly grounded in the IFS therapeutic model. Lucine currently offers consultancy with training therapists for clinical trials in psychedelic therapy.

Alongside of this she is a mother, to 2 beautiful children (above) who keep her honest and humble, open and happy.
